Seeking experts to contribute to 2030 Compass CoLab

Thanks to everyone who has contacted us to participate in 2030 Compass CoLab. We have now closed our registration page. If you have questions, please contact Sara Talebian at Stockholm Environment Institute sara.talebian@sei.org.

About the project

In 2030 Compass CoLab, experts in sustainable development will participate in a three-week online exercise, now scheduled to start in late April 2021. Experts will be invited to contribute their perspectives on potential interactions between the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We hope that participants can engage at least 1-2 hours per week by contributing their own ideas and commenting on ideas previously submitted by others.

2030 Compass CoLab is a collaboration between the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence and the Stockholm Environment Institute. By obtaining insights from experts who possess broad and diverse knowledge, using an online process, we hope to develop a richer understanding of how the SDGs may be complementary or conflicting.

The exercise offers an opportunity to join a collaboration that seeks to build knowledge about how various contextual factors affect SDGs interactions. We plan to credit the online participants who wish to be acknowledged on the 2030 Compass CoLab web site and in publications that result from this effort.

2030 Compass CoLab is part of a larger project, Agenda 2030 Compass Methodology and toolbox for strategic decision making, funded by Vinnova, Sweden's government agency for innovation.
